HOW TO USE BREAKDOWNMAP
Follow these steps to request help:
1. Open the app
2. Click ‘Request help’ button to create service ticket
3. Select the service you need, add some details about the breakdown.
4. Submit ticket and wait for nearby service providers to respond with quotation.
5. Review quotations received and select the best one for the service call.
You’ll be able to track service provider’s location on the map.
WHY USE BREAKDOWNMAP
Pay as you need: No monthly or yearly membership. You are always connected with nearby help, so you are always covered.
Quickest possible service: Since the mobile mechanics are equipped with our ‘BreakdownMap Service’ app, the platform connects you with the nearby service providers using their GPS coordinates. No need to sit and wait for help to arrive from some other city. You get the nearest possible help.
Competitive rates: As you submit the service ticket, the app tries to notify maximum of 3 nearby service providers within the radius of 10kms, they all respond with ETA and service cost. This creates competition in the market and allows you to get the best price.
Note: Sometimes there could just be one mobile mechanic in the 10kms radius, but that one mobile mechanic won’t know if anyone else was also notified or not. So, everyone is inclined to provide the best competitive rates.
Tracking your help: You will be able to the track mobile mechanic selected for the service ticket in real-time on the map.
Paying for service tickets is easy: Payments are simple and happen right from the app. For personal vehicles, the payment goes against the credit card added on the profile. For commercial or rental vehicles, if the company uses our services, they can add you in company’s profile to cover the service costs. In that case, payment goes against the company’s account.
