Outstanding support

I tested SO MANY clunky survey apps before settling on this one. It still has a ways to go in the formatting department, but every time I asked Support how to get a layout to look or work the way I wanted (for example, to create a two-column table of photos that work as checkboxes), they quickly explained how to do it or they sent me custom JavaScript to implement the fix myself.

A bit buggy

I've been using this app for several months for my business and it has some really great features- uploads checklists as a PDF to salesforce with photos attached and they've made changes as we've asked. (Like being able to label those forms so when they go to salesforce they don't all look the same in list view). I have way less paper clutter and my poor scanner is probably feeling neglected. But the app crashes regularly, sometimes says the checklist is sent but isn't, or checklists will not be able to send regardless of wifi/ service and I'll have to recreate an entire checklist. When selecting options from a drop-down, it usually automatically skips to the next question, which can be bad when both questions have a yes/no answer. (The workaround is to double-tap the field, but sometimes that will make you accidentally select an answer as it isn't always glitching). Hopefully they will see this feedback and make some updates.
