Can’t even get past picking the first character without an “unexpected error”...and then just crashes.

This game, first and foremost is an amazing game, I highly recommend it to anyone who likes turn based games. One problem I have with it it is the constant download. For example when I’m trying to even login it has to do a download of everything as if I was playing for the first time, every time I open the app. Another example is that when I go to do summons, it downloads those every time and then they don’t even show up. I have to tap on it again just so that it will appear and it frustrates people like me. I’ve had to delete and reinstall this game multiple times to get it work at some points as well, even going as far as deleting some old accounts. And still it doesn’t work well. For anyone who actually wants to get this game I do recommend it, just be aware of the download after awhile.

The whales are keeping this game alive when you don't need to whale to play endgame content. This game is far past its prime. This game could be 5 stars still if they didn't neglect old units. Instead they keep dishing out new unit that are slightly better than the previous, continuing the cycle. When it first started happening like that, it wasn't so bad. After 3 years of doing it though ... think you guys either need to find a tier above Omni+3 and start bringing old units back to their former glory, or get BF2 released for Global. This game is practically like Frankenstein--Except each time they bring it to "life," it has the same parts as when it "died" with maybe a few minor tweaks.

I used to love this game so after coming back to it I’m disappointed because when I try to download the rest of the game it just says dlc error over and over and if I say no to retrying It goes to the downloading screen but the bar won’t budge. I am connected to the internet.

Deletion of my account

So for some reason my account got deleted and I have no idea why I was just playing it last night before they had to work on it. I can't even recover it because I have no idea what my player ID is except for the name i used. It makes me angry because I've been playing this for 4 months

I keep getting an unexpected error or a crash

Every time i try to play the game it keeps giving me an unexpected error when i skip the tutorial and if i don't skip it the game just ends up crashing i want to play this game I’ve played it before and know how fun and good it is but I sadly can’t because of this

Love this game but..

this game is one of my favorites, i just wanted to start getting back into it but every time i try and open it, it tells me it needs to download 2.2 gb of data...and it takes forever. not worth the wait time tbh, would love to play again if this got fixed.

Ever since there was a new update, i’ve aways had to wait for the same screen to load for about 20+ minutes and its getting tiring. I don’t know why it keeps doing that. It brings me to that screen as if a new update just happened and it needs to be fixed. Other than that this is a great game to play and I’ve been playing it for a while now!
