This app is amazing and if I could rate it higher I would. I went ahead And paid for a year subscription and I definitely was not in a position to be paying that kind of money for anything so worth it

I think I was born with an “anxiety” gene, LOL......since I always like to know the worst case scenario so I'm ready for it anytime....This personality makes me feel worn out for the past years, and then of course along came the depression, anxiety, insomnia, and attention disorder. I suffered a lot for all these problems, and even quit my job. A few months ago I was recommended this app from my therapist. Although I still don’t change my thought patterns, I lead a more comfortable life now. When I feel stressed or can’t fall asleep, I would listen to the brainwaves recordings, it works for me within 10 minutes....So I really feel grateful for the developer of this app, you give me hope! Now I think I just need to change my way of thinking.......

Pretty cool! I purchased the lifetime package before my one month free trail expires. Coz it’s what I was hoping for! I just listened for less than 5 minutes the first day I downloaded it, I feel asleep immediately and never woke up through the night. Since it can be used in 5 devices, I have recommended this to my grandpa. He enjoys this app too, cool!

Before I downloaded this app, I did some research about how the braiwaves entrainment works. And I also tried a lot other apps too. After comparing nearly 6 relaxing or brainwaves app, I decided to subscribe to this app. It’s part of my life now. BTW, I’ve downloaded all the tracks and listened to almost every one, I really want to get some new. So when will you add new tracks, I would like to download more.

I don’t often take time to write reviews for an app, or spend money becoming a member.. .. But this app is too Gooood!! I feel that I need to give a five start review.... It helps me a lot for the last year. I battle bad depression and anxiety neurosis for a long time, this app is helping me relieve anxiety and regain health. I am much happier and stronger now.The most important is that I learned to be more grateful for what I have.
