Prompt relies that do nothing

Loved the app til I accidentally bought the wrong track. Customer service replied to help me promptly. Said they’d fix it. Yay! Three weeks later I can’t get a reply and I’m stuck with a useless purchase. Other apps actually care.

Great app!

I have tried a few different hypnotherapy apps recently to help with stress and insomnia. The relaxation and sleep apps work very well. I would highly recommend them.

Grateful.

gets me through.

I have been using this app for the past year and a half to help me meditate in the mornings or while I’m on the go. Listening has provided me with the peace I’m looking for or helps me reset myself and my mindset when I’m in a fog. There are so many things to choose from and I’m grateful for the mixture of meditations I can use from it.

4 stars for 2 major reasons

Dhcprouter

1. The sessions are effective but(and this is a big but) some are 15 minutes and you can go onto YouTube and find frequencies for 3 hrs for free. 2. Playlists limited? What is that about? If I paid for a healing session along with wanting chakra alignment as well as any other choosing of my own, I should be able to meditate to 600 frequencies, if I so choose in one sitting. Heck I paid for it. That’s like buying a corvette than realizing chevy limited the top speed to 15 mph. I purchased 73 sessions and have played all of them in one day (my head didn’t explode) This is what is keeping me from getting your subscription package and I refuse to purchase anymore until this is changed. Thank You for your time.

Brainwaves has been a life changing experience for me. I am forever grateful for all the beautiful souls who worked to create this amazing tool that helps those willing to help themselves. ????

Can’t Build Playlist Without App Crashing

PerrierFox

As soon as I hit +add recording, it crashes every time. Very frustrating. Spent a lot of money on this app and used to enjoy it very much. Have severe insomnia and the playlist was very helpful. Now half the list is gone. This issue has been happening for well over a year. In April I was told the developers were working on it and have it fixed in no time. It's July now and I'm just frustrated. A lot of money invested here while still unable to utilize main functionality. Do I need to delete and redownload? Will I lose everything I've purchased? Please advise.

Not happy with charges, charged and paid for two sessions then they padlock them.

Very Happy!

WingWang WD

Had some small problems . But they were resolved. But over all I love the sleep sounds. I work in a very stressful job and it’s very hard to unwind and sleep. The tones and other sound calms my mind and allows me to fall a sleep. If you like me with lots of stress from work and your mind has a hard time slowing down. Try this software, you may find a better and fast way to fall asleep.

Not sure if it works

JayLittytootidee

But I will say that it most definitely has the ability to calm me down and silence my thoughts. For that alone I appreciate it. I wish they would focus on releasing some more ambiance music or musical scores for soundtracks. This would really help set the mood and tone. I believe that the manipulation of emotion can really make this more effective. One should take into account that the subscribers may be of other demographical backgrounds and may appeal to other melodic stimuli than the same tunes.

Very helpful...

This app has really given me a kickstart for making improvements in many aspects of my life. I was a skeptic at first but I truly believe this has been very effective in opening the door for change in my life. *Note: I suffered a traumatic brain injury seven years ago and was desperate to find anything that would help me which is what led me to Brainwaves in the first place.
