I use this app everyday at work. My job involves lots of writing and requires me to be focused and work at an extremely fast pace. However, my work environment is constantly loud and chaotic. This app helps me stay focused, have more energy, reduce stress, and remain sane!

The real deal-- really helps you feel more centered, etc.

This binaural beats brand was recommended by a friend. He had such high praises, I bought the entire bundle (it was under 10 bucks at the time). It works really well, I use it from everything from headache relief, Meditations, lateral thinking, focus/ concentration. Those are a few of my favorites from the bundle. Some work better than others, but I've only experienced positive effects. Controls and settings are simple and intuitive to use. The sounds are downloaded to the device, so it works offline. The best feature is that it can work in the background when you are watching YouTube videos, listening to music, or even chatting on the phone! The other person on the phone doesn't hear it, so it's not distracting or weird for them. You must use headphones. The only new feature that would be nice, is if we had access to the controls when the screen is locked. But I can definitely live without this feature.

I am not a Doctor and I don’t play one on the internet. I use this group of apps when I need to relax or focus. They work very well for me and I encourage anyone needing assistance in these areas to give them a try.

I've listened to many binaural tracks with limited results. The creative problem solving track on this app is amazing. It makes me feel incredibly focused, confident, and calm, even when I'm super exhausted. I don't expect that this will work for everyone. Just keep trying until you for one that works for you. This one is my magic pill.

Pain in the heart

I have no heart problem, but 20 minutes into using the app I felt the beating of my heart and a certain pain. I immediately stopped the use and the pain went away. Not for everyone. I want a refund.
