I love this app. I use it all the time and it really works. I only wish that you could use your own ambient noises. Other than that, it's great!

Works great. I use it in many ways . It does what it says it will do. It's great for going to sleep. If you need a 15 minute nap when really tired you wake up with the gentle alarm feeling great. Great in mornings and studying with. Can customize it to what sounds that are right for you at a given time.
