Excellent tool to utilize when you want to regain control of your life. Helps holding yourself accountable for your thoughts and actions. Being mindful of what you allow to enter your life. Has definitely opened my eyes and allowed me to be more mindful of my thoughts and behaviors.

It really helps. I’ve had therapy, addiction recovery programs, and sponsors, and nothing helped unlike this. Has a social media like support system, a daily accountability, coping techniques, motivational speeches, and more. Very in depth and a real community to bond to help you feel less lonely.

Why does the assessment even bother asking for gender or sexual orientation? The symptom list asks about sex with women. This assumes that the only users are cis str8 males. Really? That’s the best you can do?

Okay so first off there is absolutely nothing free here. They make it free to trick you into reading their sales pitch, which they cleverly (and evilly) disguised as an app tutorial/intro. This is some really cheap crap. App should be banned. You should be forced to provide something not just a sales pitch. Not to mention the sales pitch was full of inaccuracies and lies!

Porn addiction test

Did the porn addiction test to see how biased the results are and clicked on every answer that would suggest I’m not addicted to porn and it still said I’m mildly addicted and I’m above the average of addiction for people. It’s a cool app but the test is kinda lame
