I've been having some stomach issues, and I wanted to track them to see if there was something I could change, or if I needed to see a doc, I would have better information to give them. This app is simple, easy to use, and able to be personalized. If there is something beyond the basics you want to note, you can add custom categories. You can track these either on a numeric scale, or by entering a written description. The app really is free- no ads, no "unlock this for $X". Just straightforward.

I use this app to track ? during pregnancy. It is very easy to use and I like that it doesn't offer a crazy amount of options: how do you feel, how much, what consistency, what did you eat, and stress. It really helps remember which days I've gone and I like to see which foods/vitamins effect me the most. I didn't realize my mood was so connected to my constipation, either.

This is a good tracker to have most everything about your GI health in one place. I’m glad I figured out I could add other things like my pain level also. Just wish I could graph everything just a little better. But overall a good app.

So stupid unreal scam.

Keeping track helped me learn how to avoid the main triggers. Now I wish it bugged me more when I’m not on track. Wish it would beep and tell me to drink more water. Time to eat. Good app. Definitely have a record of things that are useful. And when I fall off the wagon. I come right back to it and I’m back on track.

This app you put in everything that you've eaten for the day including snacks how much water and notes it's all right there for you to look back and see what capacity you have done that day if you're feeling well or not and why you might have some stomach issues or not. And if you've gone to the bathroom or not. How your stress level is. I love it. I have been searching for something to keep track of why I have been having stomach issues.
