Exactly the app I was looking for!

Blahh0284

This app is perfect for my sensitive digestive needs and it’s beautifully designed and customizable. What more could you ask for? Thank you for making this wonderful tracker app!

New user but good so far!

Luigi the drummer

I just started to using this app to help me figure out what my food triggers might be. I have moderate IBD. As I get older it’s harder to manage and I’d love to have more control of it. This app is easy to use and you can add your own optional fields to track. I added exercise to mine. Looking forward to sharing with my Dr after I have a good history here.

Helpful

The app is fast and easy to use. Great for any person who has any type of intestinal issues. I wish I would have found this app a long time ago.

Great IBD app

The RubberBandit

Love the app, the structuring of IBD data really helps identify trends. Wish it were better integrated with GI professionals. Love the app!

This AP helps track food, stress and other important triggers or solutions you might want to add. The user interface is amazing and seeing trends is very helpful in managing my IBS.

My Ulcerative Colitis may have not gotten better, but my tracking and reporting sure have!

The food and symptom tracker I ACTUALLY use

Got taste??

This app is AWESOME. For so long I’ve been told I should be tracking my symptoms and food, and it’s always been hard to get in the habit. It’s hard to write everything down, keep a notepad on you at all times, etc. With this app, it’s very easy- because you have something organized and pre set up, but customizable at the same time. My favorite features are- the customizable fields, the ability to take pictures of the food, and the export feature. This app is very easy to use, and when I forget I always am reminded to update. The only thing I think could be nice would be a feature I’ve seen on “fitness/diet” apps, where they have a library of food to select from, which helps you count calories. It would be helpful for people with IBS to also have that library identify FODMAP food. However, if adding a library like that would slow down, alter, or add to the apps size in anyway, then I don’t think it’s as necessary. Thanks for making a great app.

Useful for encopresis too

Red Threads

My son has had encopresis (chronic constipation) for years, and one of our challenges in his recovery has been difficulty tracking it on paper - we never seemed to have what we needed to record things when they happened. The app has been so much easier to use and I’ve been able to adapt it to track information like whether he remembers to wash his hands! He is also very receptive to using it and even reminds me. This is a game changer for us! I wish we could choose information to be graphed, such as # of bowel movements, rather than only graphing his mood, but Bowelle has improved tracking and decreased arguments, so definitely a huge help!

Correlate symptoms to foods/stress

BillGish

This app is awesome! You can track you GI symptoms along with the foods you ate and your overall stress levels and over time you can get a chart to correlate those data points. That can help you find if you have specific food intolerances or other issues. Plus it lets you track custom things as well, so I have used it to track all sorts of things on my elimination diet as I try to figure out how to improve my GI health.
