l Only draw back is buying diamonds,cost too much ,too expensive to keep purchasing,slows game down to wait for builds ,limits time to play. Lots of fun, would be nice if you could buy diamonds with gold coins! One thing I would like to see fixed would be the flares to direct troops,it would-be nice if you could send troops in waves by firering flares in two or more places.now when you fire a flare all the troops got to that flare,,,,some times attracts come in waves. Even when you do fire a flair not all troops go there? Once you reach a certain level you don't have a chance you are out gunned by the people how send lots of money,Unless you want to spend big money you can't build up to protect your base.There is no way to beat the people on your level.Best advise is when you first start ,get as many resource bases as you can!Not a good game if your on a fixed income!

I'm not a smart device game player at all. My 8 year old son wanted something to do while we were in a waiting room & now I'm hooked on it for about a year now. Feels like you are being productive. Successes are earned with enjoyment of experimenting with strategic plans.

This game is great and fun to play. Ops are great with task force and provides a fun time. I got 3 ideas - 1) make the map a square unit of explorable regions. 2) when opening the armory, make 3 rows instead of 4. 3) get rid of the resource icons above the little boats by your dock. We all know they are at the docks due time, it becomes tedious!

I've been playing the game since it first came out and this game never ceases to amaze me. From graphic upgrades to awesome events, boom beach has it all. One thing the app could use is a world chat room so task forces can recruit easier, and more Intel opportunities, other than that the game is a solid 5 best game at the App Store!
Fun, but...

Fun game... But getting frustrated with it. If I'm a level 49 for example, let me be able to invade islands consistently at my same level and not many levels above that... It has loaded enemy islands of 52 and higher and making it impossible to where I might stop playing.
