Spotify sounds better - Missing iCloud File Folder Access

Egyptian Musk

The EQ makes Spotify sounds better. You can add Mp3s from Google Drive but you can't add mp3s from iCloud Files Folder from the app. I'd give this 5 stars if it could. Support should reach out to me if they want a better review.

Great idea but inconsistent app behavior

Lrey888

This app is flat out buggy on my iPhone XR. Pauses randomly, forgets my spotify, skips when i try to use airplay to my apple tv. I paid for a one year subscription but the devs havent put out a more reliable update since ive purchased. Why should I recommend?

Can’t enable 16 band EQ

For some reason I can’t enable 16 band EQ only 8 band EQ. It’s like it’s missing from the Boom music app itself.

Needs Volume control.......

Love it that like to Spotify and makes EDC even better with my cheap $25 dallar pair earbuds (tranya T3) lol awesome thanks

Best sounding Music app.

KEITLEON

Works perfectly with Spotify. Doesn’t work with YouTube music or Apple Music. Makes any sound system sound better not just headphones.

Will not play iTunes.

The best EQ I’ve tried in the App Store. I don’t boost I subtract like I do mixing. Much cleaner/punchier bass , actually can be turned louder and not puss little speakers to the rattle point. I wish there was something actually on Apples App Store that was for Apple Music players.

I use Boom exclusively to play music through Spotify, and this has been my experience: - Awesome EQ - Other sound features are good, not amazing - EQ presets are basically the entire reason I use Boom - It would be nice to be able to save a single preset that covers all audio settings, not just EQ - I do love the music visualizer option for around the album art. Very cool - Abysmal user experience otherwise. Everything seems to load more slowly — oftentimes songs just don’t play; Artist pages only feature the top ten songs — no discography; the “Fans of” section at the bottom of the home page only includes Artists I hate, for some reason; if I listen to one album frequently, the “Recommendations” section just lists every song on that album; the search page lists Tracks first and then Playlists then Albums THEN Artists. Makes very little sense to me. Each section also only shows two choices unless scrolled on. Just seems less intuitive than what’s already the case on the Spotify app. - Changes I’d make just based on preference: it’d be nice if the app opened to the Spotify tab optionally, instead of my empty music library; the “Charts,” “New Releases,” and “Editor’s Picks” sections are not useful to me since I don’t listen to any of that music, and I imagine that’s the case for many people - I’m sure this would be a nightmare to design, but it would really take this app to the next level if it could automatically change presets based on listening device. I regularly switch between a BT speaker, BT headphones, regular headphones, built-in phone speaker and yet another pair of BT headphones, and the idea of easily switching between them makes me want to open my wallet. Just to be clear: I really love y’all, but if a comparable app with a better user interface rears its head, I won’t really hesitate to switch.

Wow.This app is one of the best equalizer and bass booster app I have ever seen and used. One amazing feature about this app is the 3D audio.Wow it’s on point .It made me feel sound in a whole new way I had never heard before. You also barely see unnecessary ads.Just a few bugs as a minus for the app.I would recommend this app for anyone who would like to have a whole new feeling to music.Thank You
