This app really does improve the sound quality when used with a Bluetooth headset, however there is one major issue for me. When using with Spotify, it does not use the media you have downloaded, rather it streams it. For those of us without unlimited data, that is not acceptable...

If you like how music is supposed to be heard, than you found the right one! Can't stop jamming. Feel like I'm in the studio with the artist! I wish I would have found this earlier. If you like the trial than you will love it. It's no gimmick. It sounds phenomenal. If you learn how to tune it right you real can appreciate it! Well done Boom. I take my hat off to you. Money well spent on a quality product. I love when I spend money on something that really deserves it. Keep up the great work.

So I originally downloaded this app while looking for an EQ I could use for Spotify, and was initially upset when I saw that it’s on a subscription model (which I still think developers need to chill out on). After using the free trial though, I was thoroughly sold on the product. It allows so much customization in my music listening experience that I actually ended up buying a lifetime subscription (which was cheaper than a yearly subscription??)! Also, I’m unsure of how 3D audio actually works, but since using Boom, it’s taken strain off of my back speakers, which were starting to blow out. Take that how you will. I can’t recommend this app enough, but I think the UI needs a bit of a glow up.

I bought the lifetime subscription only to findnout after purchasing that the advanced features are unavailable for iTunes due to restrictions by Apple. THAT SHOULD BE STATED UP FRONT!! Total Rip Off!! I want a refund but guess what?!!! I can't get it through the Apple Store and don't see a way to request refund in the app!!! Total B.S.!!!

i have only one problem with this app. why this app doesn’t support FLAC format? i listen to my 90% of songs in FLAC. But this app doesn’t play FLAC audios. That’s a huge minus. I will give 5 star once it starts to support FLAC audio. However i can play FLAC audio from Online Drives (Google drive, etc ) but when i manually put a song from Mac or open a file from Boom app or doesn’t play the song. That’s very disappointing. Hope this will be fixed soon.

Needs a lot of work, having to use the boom app to listen to my Spotify music is something I can deal with, but the playlists and everything is not organized once you open your Spotify acc within this boom app. I have an extended iTunes movies and tv shows library that I enjoy in my frequent flights and this app seems not to be able to play such content. Will check this app out again in a couple years.

I’ve had more problems with this app Boom than I can count! And now I was logged out of Spotify and can’t log back in it just buffers all the time. Boom what is the problem now?
