Not easy to use

For an App like this, there is nothing intuitive about downloading the literature/text books. Missing basic features like the ability to highlight text, and search feature is lacking
Does not work with older iOS

This app does not support older iOS. I have to us the website now. The solution for older iOS is to disable all the books and tell the user they have to update the app. Which does not work. Just use the website and pray that you have a internet access to complete your homework.
Cannot download for new iPhone

Why can’t I download this app to my new iPhone. I can only open it. It’s annoying!
Loading time between pages SLOW!

I have several pdf/books from AWS and VMware. Loading time between pages never used to be a problem, but this current release whether on iOS or MacOS is SOOOO SLOW. I mean these are simple pages that could easily be a PDF instead that has some ridiculous loading times that makes absolutely no sense. 2-3 seconds swiping between pages is atrocious. It’s weird because I DOWNLOAD the book to view, but then there is this weird load between pages. It makes no sense.

I try to avoid opening this app as long as I possibly can. Unfortunately, I was forced to buy an eBook for a class, and this app doesn’t make utilizing the eBook any easier. It takes forever to highlight, and simply turning a page takes several swipes (at least for me). There is nothing seamless about this. It takes me several hours just to get through one chapter and take adequate notes vs maybe one or two. It takes so many tries just to highlight, and God forbid you make a mistake while highlighting. If you do, you have to delete the entire highlight (notes included) and do it all over again. It is exhausting, and wears you out quickly. I’ve even tried to use the Audio feature so I could listen rather than physically read word for word, but the feature is so terrible and such a waste of time. I end up going back and reading everything all over again. This app need a complete redo. Pronto.
Bricked on older devices; All books gone!

This app reconnected to wifi and all my books are gone; why? Because I need to update the app except I can't because I read my books on my iPad Mini G1 which is capped at iOS 9.

The platform limits the amount of devices you can log into. It would be nice if you have more than 3 device or just access to internet, we should have access to purchased study material.

This book app is appropriate for little kids and it is helpful you can take notes on this app you highlight on this app this is the best app
Decent app but crashes frequently

App with crash often and without even a specific action to prompt the crash. Highlighting can be difficult when a sentence continues to another page. Has potential but not as reliable for an app as needed for studying purposes.
