I got charged but the tickets never showed up in my account. Calling my bank to get a refund. Customer service was useless and wouldn’t help.

This app is buggy money get deducted and no tickets issued. Customer care didn’t refund!!!

This app is really badly made. Do not install or use book my show. It makes my iPhone hang/ freeze and crash repeatedly. From the time i have installed this app it has made my phone battery reduce drastically. AVOID this APP.

We downloaded this app and tried to use it, but we couldn’t make it find that we do NOT live in Srinagar, but in the United States. We are very unhappy with it.

My refund has not be been processed from the past 2 months. I bought 4 tickets of a comedy show of Hardh Gujral which eventually got cancelled and it’s been two months and yet I haven’t got the refund.

Useless app tried 4 times 3 times money got debited and they will refund in 7 to 10 days . Why the yell u need 19 days to refuse d my money . Will u give me the ticket and collect money after 10 days . Worst of worst app nit even sure if the payment gateway is secured with back to back failure . App Store should remove the app
