Can’t open on apple tablet

I have this game on my apple tablet and android phone. For the past week or two, I am unable to open on my tablet. It stays stuck at 46%; no matter how long I leave it. Also my two devices are not synced as far as being on the same level. I little frustrating. I have played this game daily without missing a daily prize in over two years. I am able to open it on my phone to not mess up my streak, but I don’t enjoy playing on my phone as much as the picture is too small and often I want to swipe one way and the little icons go the other way and mess up my game.
Won’t open since the update

The app only goes to 46% when attempting to open and gets stuck there. It doesn’t open.

Absolutely incredible app. I never write reviews but I had to with this one. Relaxing and gives amazing quotes. Also so much fun! Great for anxiety.

The game gets stuck in the middle, had to start it many time still does not go further than level 87!
The difficult should be renamed to impossible.

I really like that they added the bonus games. Main problem with this game is that you can get stuck on a level for so long!
App Stuck on Game 196
Stuck at 196
I had gotten close to Game 300 when the App took me back to Game 1. I was not happy, but started playing again. Now the App is stuck on Game 196 and, although I have won this particular game several times now, the App will not display the win for that round, nor does it display the next Game 197. Every time I reboot my phone, the App starts at Game 25. Ready to give up and find another App to enjoy.

I love the game, but most levels do not have enough moves to complete the puzzle. I’m always buying more moves. As a senior, this does not sit well with my fixed income! Can we catch a break here? I decided not to spend anymore money after spending 458.00. I’m on level 296 and the support says to get three sets of power balls to engage early on and you can win. I have been lucky enough to do that a few times, yet never could win. Either tell us how to win this hurdle or put out a tutorial on this level. What am I missing here? It has been months.... I dare you to print this review, I dare you to make a tutorial, I dare you to be reasonable with your loyal clients. Can anyone share with me how to win? Jeanne in Holly Springs, North Carolina
