1. Certain levels won’t load after you’ve pressed play so you have to restart it and end up losing a life. (You only get five and get replenished one per 20 minutes. 2. Winning is not entirely based on skill, you have to wait for luck of the draw. You run out of lives first which means you’ll spend several days stuck on one level. 3. The prizes you unlock you are forced to “test” for “free” so very few if any of the boosts you earned will actually be available to play your game with. You will have to purchase them from the store if you want the benefit of those boosts. 4. There’s no way I’ve seen to be awarded gems, boosts etc by scoring high or passing levels. You have to buy them. I’m certain the point was to encourage the user to spend more time on the app but the psychology of it is all wrong. Not enough reward is given to encourage healthy users seeking leisure to keep playing this game.

Following up on my help screen location inquiry, thank you for your answer. Can the help Screen be accessed during a game without losing a heart? You used to be able to do that in the old version and was very helpful to access during the game without losing a heart.

Unable to play recent updated game

Update/ 1/27/2021: The most recent update to the app is very glitchy: it’s not recognizing the internet connection ( clear WiFi connection established) and Sits on splash screen showing 100% loaded for 30’sec. then it rolls through many error messages saying I’m not connected, takes about 1-2 min to run through this cycle. ——————————————————————— Latest 8/2018 update deleted all users accumulated rewards, hints, diamonds for lives. How will this be fixed? I know we spent $ to get extra gems and lots of time spent gaining rewards and hints. Over a week and crickets from Devs.

horrible after last update

this used to be my all-time favorite game but now it just doesn’t work correctly. Since their last major update, I get kicked off all the time, usually right when I’m about to achieve a level. Then I lose a life and have to start all over. I love this game so much I’ve just been tolerating it but I think it’s been 2 months now and nothing has been fixed in terms of all the bugs. Not going to play it anymore, such a disappointment.

I’ve been playing this game since it first came out. It was very inspirational and I loved many of the quotes. However with the latest updates everything has gone downhill rapidly! After 950 plus days of playing everything I’ve ever earned has been reset. Days are down to zero, pregame boosts and other boosters gone! This is the second time that this has happened. The first time I was able to keep my daily progress and boosts but had to replay every game from the beginning. It was fine as I was able to revisit some of my favorite levels. This time the reset has taken away everything except my my current level (which is where the game ends, which is level 500). I have no boosts and no gems! I really like this game as it’s fun to help kill time when waiting for whatever. I also love the special events. But I would really appreciate it if I could get my gems and boosts back and the developer could keep this from happening in the future.

I love playing however for the last 24 + hours the game will load up to 87% That’s it not 86% or 88% Will not go past 87% I’ve shut my phone off several times There’s other people complaining about this last reboot What’s going on

I am an extremely busy teacher of preschool kids?. I love playing games on my phone during my lunch break to unwind. Now I have the game to unwind and the inspirational quotes that I love as a reward for each win? I always felt before like I was playing kids games, and a little embarrassed when I filled out a survey about age ( and had to put 60 )! Thank you thank you thank you ??. I L?VE IT!
