The beginner workout is similar to what I've done in fitness classes. Moves at a good pace with enough repetitions to work the muscles but NOT so many I get bored or am in lots of pain. Audio is basic-- just tells you when each part of workout is about to begin or end: "just 5 more seconds!" Videos show each exercise for 10 seconds before you start, then show the technique from several angles while exercise continues. The shortest workout takes you through 5-6 exercises.

Easy to understand and great videos. Thought these apps wouldn't be challenging, I was wrong!! You can always do several cycles if you have the time!!

This was easy to follow and hope to continue and progress. The sound is a little buggy and the count down never tells you to start.
