Not a bad app. Just used the abbreviated version for an arm workout. Good just to give you a sequence if just starting to exercise but not good for a full workout of you already exercise. Will revisit with another review after using it more fully.

This is a great app for someone jumping back into the game after a long lay off or someone starting off. The tempo and gradual build up of the workouts really help solidify the muscles you're exercising. Very interested in more of their apps.

A great first time user app. Not a lot of details instruction. Pleasant voice, has some audio problems. Great entry level app

I started the app and immediately had sound issues. Deleting it and finding one with better quality sound.
