As an athlete, football player, and guy who lifts everyday , this app was exactly what I was looking for. Gives great info on muscle building science, techniques, and basics. Definitely worth getting.

Not impressed at all. Always seems to be advertising or asking for 99c here or buy this there. Just a terrible app. Waste of time.

I got this app one night and go to look what's on it. All it says is Powered By Unity and then that's all it does for like 10 minutes. I have no clue what's on the app. ?

Looks like a few generic articles plus a ton of ads and bits of "premium" content. No idea why is trust this over the hundreds of other bodybuilding blogs and books out there.
