I searched for coolant level, and it easily found the topic and brought me to a blank page. Basically all of the app is just an index with no information. Useless.

All of a sudden out of nowhere I can’t login or reset my password. Tried forgot password and they say my email doesn’t show up. Piece of junk.

This is an accurate and searchable version of the printed user manual. It is easier to read on an iPad than the tiny text in the printed version.

Won’t let me sign in

Well I would like to use the app but it won’t let me sign in. I have bmw connect and it says to use your same credentials to sign in. Well every time it says either name or password are incorrect. Well they are not. I’m able to use connect just fine.
