Won’t let me sign in – BMW Driver's Guide Review

Well I would like to use the app but it won’t let me sign in. I have bmw connect and it says to use your same credentials to sign in. Well every time it says either name or password are incorrect. Well they are not. I’m able to use connect just fine.
