This app has been so extremely helpful in the short time since I’ve purchased my vehicle. Definitely recommend to any BMW owner.
Doesn’t work. The download button always comes back with an error

Tried on android 11 and iOS 14. First time logging in and the first prompt to download and it never works.
Useful info, easy access, won’t rotate

I love having access to my manuals in my phone and iPad. My big complaint is that the app won’t rotate to portrait mode, so I’m forced to use it in landscape mode.

On my new x3 hybrid plugin. Very disappointed. When driving at night. The reflection from the dash board in the driver side window is very distracting. I have even lowered the lighting in the car And did not help. Martin packer
Not working and fails to update

Opened app after not used in a while. App needs to update. Proceeds to delete videos etc. Then the update fails. No matter what I do, it will not update. I deleted and reinstalled. Still no joy. Latest app message is error code 1010. What does that mean and what can I do to get the driver’s guide accessible. Planning a road trip and was counting on this app for assistance when needed. Disappointed!!!

Silly but significant errors

Typos, missing end of sentences, little stuff.The biggest thing is, after it wants you to login, it’s still wants you to enter your Vin number by hand. Clearly it knows your Vin number, because you just logged in. Just another little stupid thing that makes BMW more difficult than necessary to deal with
iPhone calendar

I downloaded your new app and lost my ability to see my personal/work calendar. Went through all the steps. Shut my cell off, turned it back on Checked my setting for my calendar in my iPhone Deleted the new My BMW Connect Drive app and reinstalled it. Checked my manage device in the car. The new app I believe caused me to lose one of my most used features. This is my second 7 Series, just ordered my wife a 2022 M440i xdrive and early next year I’m due for my 3rd 7 series. Not impressed.
