Paid the money: app didn't work (black screen). Emailed the developer, and still no reply. This app is a waste of money and time.

I'm all for photo apps that add random crap to your photos, but don't call it bokeh.
Okay but don’t like square photo

This has some Nice overlays. However you can only have square photos and some of the overlays hide the photo. I have tried to use it but limiting this to a square “Instagram” photo size is the deal breaker.
