Won't connect. Pointless to use the bracelet if you can't view your progress in the app

App won't sync with the watch and when it does try it says it can't and then freezes. I have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. I was going to show this to a client for a safety gift but not if the app won't work. HELP!

I give this app 4.5 stars because honestly I don't enjoy putting in my info and sinking every time I enter, my suggestion is to make like a profile and you can like, post what you did that day, over all, GREAT app, love it, the band works like, 99.99% perfectly because it is not tracking my sleep at all and my steps completely, I'm not sure if it's because it was cheap or if it needs fully charged, over all 10/10 it works perfectly!???????
