This app is terrible. Won't sync to my iPhone. Walked three miles with my wife who has a fitbit and it had 3.4 miles my xfit 0. Buying a fitbit and sending this back. Don't waste your money or time.

0 stars! Awful useless product. Awful "users guide". App was listed under the wrong name. Doesn't connect. After an hour of trying, got it to connect finally did. Now it doesn't sync. Going to return the useless product and delete the app.

Wouldn't sync to iphone. Box says App Store but can't get it without going to website because it's called Blue Health??? Total waste of my time and now I have to return it as well. Yuck!!!

I have been trying to get my band to sync to my iPhone for about a week now. Ordered this through Groupon so most likely will not get a refund. What a waste and was looking forward to using.

Can't give it no stars or I would. Bought this and sorry I did. The directions are the worst, and I am tech literate. Finally after a while I got it hooked up. Walked 50 steps, came up as 210. Hard to understand an inaccurate. It's going back!
Useless

Cable useless, does not connect to iPhone 5s or iPad 2, seems to only work on a PC. Will try my laptop but if it won't work with the iPhone or iPad what good is it? ?

After buying the device on Groupon and then reading these reviews, I was expecting a piece of crap but I haven’t had the first problem with it. I got the app through the QR code on the box, followed the directions in the book and video and hooked it right up. I’ve had it on for over a week and it syncs perfectly every time, several times a day. Are other users trying to sync with the CHARGING cable I wonder??? LOL, it’s Bluetooth!!! I just recharged it for the first time because I figured it should be running out by now and apparently there’s no warning (or maybe it just wasn’t out of battery yet!). The steps SEEM accurate to me, as do the sleep functions. My only complaint is that the notices are in “Engrish” and the syntax is pretty funny. “Success to Import Data”, and “Binding Device” for example. I also wish it had a GPS function for true distance but hey, for the price I paid why complain??? All in all, I must be the only person who isn’t having ANY problems with this and for that I’m grateful.
