User friendly?

sursyot

Hi I am writing this review based on user friendly not on what free books they have to offer. They have a great free ebook selection, which is nicley organized. The 5 star reviews I read here are mostly about books but not about how user-friendly it is. I am using this app because our schools ebook uses this. The book I am reading is hard to digest and I wish there was the feature where you can highlight the word and find search the explanation for it. This is a simple feature that most ebook reader have. I wish you have this as well.

Needs updating

SissyLuWho

As of late reading on my iPad has been difficult due to the app freezing and crashing. It was happening every once in a while and now it’s almost daily. Not my iPad — it performs fine. Aside from that I’d like to see the library updated, it’s clunky and not aesthetically pleasing.

The best book reader!

jqrx

The easiest book reader I have. Love it!

Love Bluefire

Mkittysamom

I’ve had this App forever AND I love it because it works with an Adobe ID for Overdrive and Netgalley on my iPad but for some reason lately when I try PDF’s from Netgalley I get errors??

Download

brad,

This app is terrible. My books from school do not download & go off to the nether of the internet somewhere. The “help” is terrible with no contact info. The navigation is awful throughout the app too. And lastly, someone I have a PDF of the Dropbox app that I cannot delete. An amazing waste of time & energy

Treasure Trove

Trotskite

How many classics can you read? And they’re free! Standing in a long line? Visit Dracula, Siddhartha, Frankenstein and countless other masterpieces. This app is wonderful- don’t miss it.

Very useful

Iftekhar.Tusar

I can see all chapters in the book. I can highlight. I can write on it.

Hangs and fails to always sync since iOS 12

Electric_Dreamscape

Can we get the iOS 12 crashing bugs fixed please? Ever since the upgrade to iOS 12 on an iPhone the reader sometimes hangs on opening a book (ePub) and the app needs to be force closed at least once to clear it. Also, syncing does not always work between an iPad and iPhone. It’s as if the location isn’t sent to the sync server reliably now. Additionally, on the iPhone the last location isn’t always remembered and the book will open at a previous location in the book. But I love the reader, and it’s my favorite ebook reader.

Epub books are coming up blank

Does the job smoothly

Useless if my books are full of blank pages.
