My first BlueCare Anywhere visit

I have to admit that before today, I thought I would never use an online app for medical issues. Because it is difficult to drive around as I am recovering from ankle surgery, decided to use this app. The app was simple to use and I was connected with Dr. Mercado within minutes. She was very attentive as I described my symptoms and asked questions that I wouldn’t have thought if bringing up. I did not feel rushed through the visit and was confident in her diagnosis. I will be using this health tool in the future for certain.

Convenient if they actually help.

I’ve used this a few times and half the time it was super helpful and convenient. The other half, it was useless, as the doctors just told me to go to an in person urgent care for medication for my cold. Urgent Care would cost me $75 to go and the whole point of this app is to get fast help when you’re unable to go in person. It honestly depends on who you get. I just got someone today who was utterly careless. If you get a doctor who cares, it’s good. If you get a doctor who’s just trying to collect money from your insurance and not actually care about you as the patient, then it’s a waste of time for you. Therefore, I feel my experiences are inconsistent and I rate this a 2. You might just be better off going in person to your regular doctor for consistency.

It was simple and pleasant. My work keeps me busy and being in my medical field it’s not easy to take off. I’ll make my f/u appointment with my nurse practitioner. This was 110% helpful till I can get in.

Impossible to reset the password

I try to reset the password but I never get the email with the reset password link. The app provides a support phone number, but when I call they don’t know anything about the app lol. My kid is sick and I can’t use the app to see a doctor because I forgot the password and there is no way I can reset it.
