Hard to use app. Total eye sore. I can’t figure out where all the features are. Needs to be simple and have intuition designed into the interface.

Love the content. Maybe the buffering problem was fixed? Perhaps the app could buffer the content because when mobile, the connection drops. The restart process can be annoying -- listen to the startup commercial - again. Maybe add a max count on the number of times that one hears the startup commercial within a period of time. I would listen/steam the entire Surveillance program with commercials on some evenings.
Reliable streaming, original content

My ipad is too old to update the operating system to the latest and greatest. Many streaming app's (NPR ONE, AUDIBLE) will not work due to this. I appreciate that you keep a usable app for the old guard. High quality content with clearly independent reporting, and opinions from individuals that actually have expertise is refreshing. Some of us remember when news was not a circus. Thanks for being.

It would be great if you didn’t have to listen to commercials every time you turn the radio off and back on. Unfortunately if you have to tap your earbuds and turn them off for a few seconds, You have to Re-listen to a commercial stream that you may have just listened to a minute ago.

My new iPhone X doesn’t allow me to delete individual podcasts like I could on my old phone. Also the “touch points” are so close together I sometimes accidentally push something. Also seems like Surveillance content is less than it used to be. Thanks Bloomberg for the great educational experience.
Keeps playing the same app commercial after WiFi fails

I listen in a gym which is located in a subbasement. The gym WiFi sometimes drops. EVERY TIME it does, when the station comes back on, the commercial that plays when you start the app plays again. I understand the need to make money, but it is absurd to hear the app commercial multiple times and then to hear the regular commercials in addition.

Reading articles is almost impossible. They put a weird dark blue background that changes tone as you scroll. What were they thinking?

I always love content and information that Bloomberg provides. However this radio app is pretty much full of advertising and annoying commercials!
