I have been monitoring my BP and Heart rate and weight everyday with this App. I like the way that it provides graphs that show my progress over time. I sync my Iphone with my iPad via Dropbox. It's the data I show my cardiologist during my checkups.

If you are keeping up with your numbers this is the app for you. Before my visits I print the reports and go. My doctor was impressed at the content of the graphs.
