It really helps me keep track of my blood pressure, it’s color coded, so I can quickly gage if my blood pressure is normal, somewhat elevated or ELA Ted. Plus, I can attach notes as well.

As I started aging I found my blood pressure was ticking higher. I needed something where I could regularly track my blood pressure and find out if I needed to get on medication. This app is great for looking at history, trends, and determining if my blood pressure was truly increasing. I went ahead and got the pro version and I didn’t regret it at all.

You go to the doctor’s office and they take your blood pressure and THAT’S IT. Well, with this app I can give the dr my report showing my average for a month or a year. Much better info. You can’t base your condition on 1 reading. Show your dr a full reading over a long period.
