I have try to look all over the internet a Customer Service Number for this company and it is not available, which makes me doubt on how reliable it can be. I have not download the app because I like to read reviews and be more knowledgeable before hand, and this is definitely a huge red flag. #blockchain. In another hand I went to look for COINBASE and it was quick and easy.

Was pretty excited to enter the bitcoin market and have a wallet not connected to a database. Until I needed to make a transfer.... Buyer beware it cost me $30 to transfer $115 out of this wallet to coin base and took over an hour. I will be deleting this app. As users have said with the high volume of usage the app crashes from time to time and takes multiple attempts to get in. Kind of embarrassing when talking to someone about trying to get into crypto currency. Otherwise when the app does work it’s alright. I have noticed that the currency rate is usually a few hundred dollars lower on this app vs coin base and bitstamp.
