The Blaze and the Monster Machines app introduces preschoolers to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) concepts as they race along pre-set courses or build their own tracks!

Each mode encourages children to apply critical thinking skills and explore scientific principles, including acceleration, adhesion, force, traction, velocity, and more!

NEW EXPANSION: Your child will be able to help Blaze & AJ compete on all-new holiday tracks when you download the update to the app. Race against Starla and watch out for Crusher’s new obstacles like his ornament and snowball launchers! Kids can build their very own holiday track, too!

GAME PLAY OPTION 1: RACE BLAZE!

Start racing against Crusher and Starla right away in The Snowy Slopes, Badlands, or The Monster Dome! For more tracks and challenges, purchase up to three expansion locations, including: Velocityville (Darington), Top of the World (Zeg), or Dragon Island (Stripes)!

Each location in the game contains:

• Environmental obstacles and Crusher-based contraptions
• Power ups: Tire chains, Soapy tires, and Hubcaps
• 2 different driving controls – Tilt and Swipe
• 15 levels that progress in difficulty (90 in total)
• Gold, silver, or bronze medals awarded to each race

GAME PLAY OPTION 2: BUILD YOUR OWN TRACK

Construct a race track with as many twists and turns as you’d like! Add tools that can help Blaze advance, and include features that can cause his opponents to slow down.

• Draw a unique path for each race course!
• Experiment with up to 15 STEM items!
• Create and edit tracks along the way!
• Save up to 12 courses.

To expensive for what it is
Manderson32

$3.99 only comes with 3 tracks and the others are behind a pay wall placed in front of the kids after they finish a game. 1.99 for each subsequent track. Find something else. At least make this version free if you are going to charge 1.99 to unlock additional tracks.

Wasted...

The idea is cool. My son loves Blaze and the Monster Machines. Too bad the app doesn't work! I just spent $4 and he cannot even play it. It loads everything up until it is loading the race, then the screen goes blank and it kicks you out. Hopefully this is fixed soon!!

Finally!

Both my 4 year old boy and 6 year old girl can't get enough of this app. They are huge Blaze fans and love racing their favorite characters, even when they lose! We've had no technical problems so the bugs other reviewers mentioned must have been from an earlier version.

Fix Soon!

Just got the app for our son and it crashes! He can't even race! Total waste of $4! Better fix soon! We want a refund! This is one of many times nicklelodeon puts apps out there and they crash!!! It's a rip off!

Fix it!

Bought this app and my daughter can't play it. Every time she starts, it crashes and close. She is very disappointed.
