Blackjack Does Not Use Decks as Stated
Andymarkup

I counted the number of 10s and face cards of all hands following the initial shuffle. Over 45 were dealt. The app’s own rules say that they use 6 standard decks. 6 x 4 (10, jack, queen, king) = 24. 24 ≠ 45. I could look past it if I were off by one or two and miscounted, but this is ridiculous. Hopefully I can find the company that supposedly certified their random number generator and report them.

Odds not realistic
Not a world traveler

The game and animation are good, lots of play options. I’m not sure the algorithm represents real world odds. I can play 50 hands and never get blackjack while the dealer will hit 8-10 times. Player deal if 12 yields a draw card of 10 far more than actual odds of roughly 34% (more like 70%). Dealer is dealt 20 far more often than player, and the bust rate for the dealer on bust cards of 4, 5, and 6 is far lower than the player. I can play 10 hands where the dealer never busts regardless of what is dealt.

Weighted to get you to purchase
Cousin Brucee

So, I’ve played nearly 50 thousand hands now and I can give this piece of advice; Never hit a 12! Unless it’s your first hand at the table. You WILL get a 22 (or a 13)! I know the response from Kama Games is ‘we have a certified random number generator’. Whoop-de-doo! Having been a software developer since the ‘60’s (yeah - 50 years starting at NASA Ames Research Center in 1968). What they don’t say is; do they use the RNG once a day, or on entry to each game, or each shuffle, or each time a card is drawn or a spin of a wheel. It makes a big difference! I can say this - it is most definitely weighted. And appears to be based on a 24 hour cycle. There are days when more than 50% of hands or spins are a win across all games, and other days when less than 1 in 20 spins or hands will cover the initial bet. And rarely anything in between. If your day starts off on a losing streak - quit early and come back tomorrow. If you are winning - bet like a fool. I have gone from less than 100 chips, to more than 200 million is a few hours. (I have gone the other direction in same the amount of time as well) Just have fun, it’s only a game! If it’s not being nice to you, just come back another day. Save your real cash. And just be patient. The graphics are worth it! Although they must have fired the dealer in the red dress, as well as the one in the black dress. And make the poor lady in the white shirt work her butt off in all the games. I think their HR person is also biased! :)

Dealers cards seem rigged
Vanva22

This game is fun and all but when the dealer has the up card of 10 or a jack, Queen or king it’s almost 100% that the other is also a 10 or jack or Queen or king. The amount of times this has happen it mind boggling and it really makes you question how the game system is worked because it no coincidence and I’m sure others have notice as well, just know when the dealer has a 10 or higher know she’s gonna have a 20 or 21, almost guaranteed. I truly don’t think it’s just “coincidence” obviously something is behind this because not only me but a lot of other players and friends have talked about this almost as it’s rigged. I sure hope they can change the meta and make the game and cards as random as possible to give us a more fun experience and real experience where are skills are put to the text.

Game is trash

They lock your chat and suspend your account whenever they want. I’ve been banned with 2.6 billion in chips I bought or earned because I gifted someone some chips. It’s a joke.

Dealer keeps winning

Good game, I love it but the dealer always get the right cards to win. The dealer hardly bust!

So easy to play, best app for all card games!!

Have to agree with others, no longer fair
dwr budr

I've been playing this game off and on for years, and it used to be the best blackjack app as far as simulating a real experience went. The win/loss ratio has become so off recently that it's pretty tough to believe that something hasn't been tweaked. The in-app purchase spam has also gotten obtrusive and relentless. Anything that relies on chance (lottery tickets, tournament pots) always seems to land on the lower end of the spectrum. You can predict the draw based on what the dealer needs to win. At the end of the day the game is no longer fun, and it doesn't feel like strategy matters anymore. It's just frustrating and annoying.

It’s fun but rigged
Jag$2002

No matter what the developers say it’s not random card selection. I’ve had blackjack decks that allow for dealer 21 on six or seven draws- coincidentally when I have a 20. Dealer up card is repeatedly a face card….Black Jack ratio is a minimum 3 to 1 for the house and forget about doubling down or splitting, you will lose by one more often than not. Whenever I buy chips it’s painfully clear I win more initially but that soon changes. And it’s clear to me that during Star tournaments the odds are loser to keep people playing. They have a vested interest in seeing you lose and buy more chips, trust me, ad revenue doesn’t keep the lights on.
