Consistently "times out". If you are looking for a way to miss important emails when you are away from the office this is the app for you! I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times. Hoping this time is the charm.

This app has to be some sort of postmodern experiment to see if disappointment can be quantified - 1 star! Awful.

No real issues. Most folk's complaints are due to IT department implementation. I would like to see the launcher integrated into the bottom task bar.

Since the update I keep getting notification of new emails with the banner and the little number on the app icon. I looked this morning and it said I have 13 unread emails. I actually have zero unread emails. Each time I open my phone I get a banner notification for the most recent email in my inbox but it was already read two days ago. Otherwise, it does what it says and provides me with quick and easy access to my work email, calendar, and such.

A bit frustrated. Keeps sending me alerts for messages from earlier. Edit: changed to one star. Been over a month of the same alert issue. It keeps sending repeated alerts about read emails.

Having the good launcher button in the middle of the app... Why move it from the bottom right? Please put it back.

Broken notifications was bearable. Now switching app (iPhone) from good to any other app (say get a text message), resets the email view. So on going back to good email, view is reset as if opening for first time. Goes to most recent email and closes the email one was viewing !! Is this 2016 or 1996 ?

The app freezes a lot. Email sync takes a long time and the app crashes. When it works it works fine, but most of the time it freezes and crashes.

To think that this is the standard mobile secure communications software for large enterprises, it is amazing how darn awful the family of Good apps are!

Fine when it works but pretty average quality. Flaky updating. Dislike the inability to change the font used when composing mail. Who uses Times New Roman anymore? Calendar features are simply inadequate. Even simple things can't be done like making changes to an invite you received or replying to the sender after you've accepted it. Touch ID is pretty much useless. I nearly always have to use password instead. Trash icon in mail message view is right above the phone's home button making it really easy to delete messages by accident. Launcher is just an unnecessary waste of space.
