I started using it a while ago and the interface is so perfect. As you walk you get to see sights and the Narrator doesn't even sound like a robot. They give a pretty good estimation of calories as long as you put in your correct information. I suggest you download, it will change your exercise make it more exciting.

I love this app! High quality video and sound make you feel like you are actually outside running. You literally can take off to an exotic destination and feel like you truly experienced a bit of it! Would love it if they'd do a New York City, London or Boston run. Well worth the money!

Just downloaded and rode the first trail. Outstanding video. App also gives info about where you are, you can also turn this off. Looking forward to my ride tomorrow.

Downloads keep freezing after updates

Every few updates all my downloaded videos stop working and I lose all my unlocked courses. If you are like me and have to watch your download data because it is not unlimited, then it becomes a big problem. Having a subscription based app, I would expect this not to keep happening, but it did again after the last update. The app wanted me to sign in on WiFi before I could see the courses. I downloaded the app again after I contacted support and it is still happening. I have now moved to Treadmill Trails where I will own the videos. I will miss two of the courses here but I still have some of the older videos I had bought on Virtual Active before they made this subscription based.

Just got a home treadmill with an iPad holder and discovered this app looking for something to watch like NordicTrack's iFit. I didn't need iFit & this app works great. The video runs faster than I'm walking and that pushes me to go. Alaskan trails are definitely needed!

I’ve used it for a while now and, wow! What an amazing app. I am looking forward to exploring the world this winter on my bike set up in my Kinetic Road Machine trainer. The scenery is breathtaking and the workouts are awesome. The trainers really push you. Some of the music is not my style, so I found that you can also take unguided tours that don’t have trainers or music. You can listen to your own music and follow your own cadence but still get to “ride” in some awesome places. Great app, highly recommend.
