Cant log in no one responds to email!!

Its been 5 weeks since i paid my membership dues.. till now i cant log in into my account and no one answers emails for support!!! No phone number to call! Had high expectations but Very disappointed so far!!

So I was fortunate enough to be a member of the beta test group for this application. I believe about a year ago I responded to a survey on a special ed site and some time later the owners of Birdhouse contacted me to see if I wanted to test drive the product. Being a parent of a little cutie with autism, I've tried many ways to track behaviors, sleep habits, interventions, medicines, etc. So I was excited to find a tool that would let me do all of that in one place! The tool doesn't provide some mystical magical answers behind my son's sleep disturbances, behaviors. What is DOES provide is a place to keep all of the data I was collecting and a place to analyze this data for patterns. For example, about 1 month into tracking data on my son's supplements and sleep habits, he had a resurgence of his night-wakings. I looked back through the data and realized that for some reason we had decreased his 5HTP (supplement to assist in keeping him asleep during the night - basically melotonin's cousin). Some miscommunication between hubby and I resulted in a decreased dosage. I would never have known what the problem was if I didn't have the data all in one place to review. Anyway, I think this app is a GREAT tool for parents. Created by parents of a kid on the spectrum? Doesn't get better than that!!! Thanks guys!

The app kept saying my password was wrong (it wasn't) and when I updated my password on the desktop program it still wouldn't let me in the app. Then the desktop page started telling me my pw was wrong. I kept getting stuck with a "loading" message on the app while it said my pw was wrong. Please note even email is case sensitive for log in! I had some feedback and did pass it on to them prior to posting this, they are very responsive and open to feedback! I went with this app because in addition to extensive tracking abilities from a convenient app (so I thought) it seemed to have a cute design (yes I'm a bit of a design elitist). I liked the story of how it was developed by a family, which is endearing. I will continue to work with the app as they work the kinks out.

I love this app. It's great for keeping track of everything but ever since they updated their website the hours have been all wonky when tracking how much my son sleeps. He fell asleep at 8:00 pm, woke up at 6:20 and the app says he slept for 4 hours. Definitely needs fixed.

I've been using the Birdhouse app for a couple of months now to keep track of my ASD students (moods, foods, behaviors, therapies, naps, potty times, etc). In addition to saving about a million pieces of paper, Birdhouse is a really quick and easy way to share all of the important daily information with my students' parents. Very user friendly...I've got the premium version and it is absolutely worth every penny. The Birdhouse staff (the "owls"!) are very friendly and quick to respond whenever I contact them. I highly recommend Birdhouse!!!

Birdhouse has been a wonderful asset for me. I use it everyday in a therapy setting, and it has proved to be beneficial. It allows me to collect data and use that data to better suit the needs of those I teach. Birdhouse has been an important stepping stone in helping those with autism reach their goals.

This company is so responsive to the special needs community! I have been using Birdhouse for about 9mos, give or take, and have found it hugely useful when I track behaviors, eating, meds and therapies for my ASD/ADHD/PANDAS child. This app makes me feel more organized, especially as it relates to making sure my dd8 has been given all of her meds and supplements. Also, when I have appointments at various drs, and they ALL ask what meds my dd is on, I can whip out my phone, pull up that category (or Activities), and I have exactly what she’s on at any moment. And did I mention how responsive Birdhouse is to the needs of it’s customers? Seriously, WONDERFUL!

I love this app and use it to keep up with a lot of my sons health issues and other things. It comes in really handy when I am giving my doctor a health update. It's easy to use from the iPhone too!
