I have tried to send a message to you over a dozen times when I paid 624 cherries to play a game and the game screen failed to appear. All I get now for two days is “message failed to send.” You can’t just take 624 cherries, which is a payment, and fail to provide the service and then shut off access to you. My guess is you are probably inundated with thousands of these complaints lately. Fix the software and refund us all.

I like playing this game but I miss the old events when you could unlock daubers for different holidays. There is just so many events going on at the same time now and it’s to much. It was better when you had the tower events only and your prizes were coins, cherries and daubers.. not things to use in other events.

I can’t seem to win a bingo. Not enjoyable when you can’t win anything so you’re lucky if you play every other day.

I love this game. When game had cheated me out of like 500 cherries customer service replaced them and gave me more. Love the updates and new graphics and special events.

This game used to be fun and relaxing, now if you don’t spend money it takes forever to get cherries. Once you get up high spending 500+ cherries to win nothing is frustrating. Make it easier to get cherries and not have to spend so many on one game please

I’ve been playing for a long time, spent more money then I ever wanted too…. Changes are very bad! You took away my building in the bingo verse…. You restart all the accomplishments each week… I have only had 1 mega bingo in over 2 years ( way less then before)! I have seen most of my teammates go inactive, I am sure because of all these changes! You have made a fun game, way less fun!

I bought credits that I never recieved. I contacted support with a screenshot including a bank screenshot. 36 hours later not one response back.
