This game is SO INCONSISTENT ridiculous! I’ve been playing it for over a year and nothing about it makes any sense! I’ve been training through my job to notice patterns...to say that this is random draw...you’re full of crap! This game is not random whatsoever! Do not purchase anything!

Still no way to give gifts to people who they haven’t granted an appearance on your gifting list. Somehow they can make a request but you cannot fill it. They can send cherries you can send cherries back but you cannot do the card exchange. Please fix it. Been asking for a fix on this for at least two years now, guess what, nothings happened. other games let you give to many many people. this one limit you to 25 people. Sometimes you’re on their list but they’re not on your list therefore it’s really not a trade. Pitiful

I’m on level 415 play it everyday now I struggle to play one game a day. They make it impossible to win . I’m very disappointed in this game and I’ve played it over a year but now I’m going elsewhere

Once you get higher up in the levels the less it pays put. I deleted another bingo game because of this same reason. I Thought this game was so much better, that l left a review on the other game saying bingo pop was great. I now regret that. I’ll use my points and cherries and definitely delete this one too. It was fun while it lasted. I gave a 2* because it was fun for a while. I even had my grandkids help. Also. IT WILL NEVER LET YOU COLLECT ALL OF THE BINGO COLLECTION SET BEFORE IT RESETS. Disappointment overall. Also. I usually only get 4/11 cherries on the boxes. I’ll be looking for another game.

No way this game has a 4.5 rating.. just look at all the 1 star reviews.. the more people complain about this game being rigged, the more the developers rig it.. now there’s a 20 minute time limit on the adventure energy goal..Level 5 reward for leveling up is the same as leveling up to level 860 yet the requirements are 10Xs higher.. This game relies on first time suckers to spend a few bucks before they too figure out it’s rigged & stop playing.. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend a dime.. just reinstall the app and play as a guest until you go bust and do it again..

It’s kind of fun to play the different games but one game in particular is frustrating. I earn gems but never get credited for them in my collection. I sent pictures and their response is not clear and the explanations are not in the game so I really don’t understand why I can earn/win several gems over and over but never get credited for them. It’s frustrating to know I need one more peridot and I win 10 over them over days and yet I never get credited for the last one. They say something about star rating or gem ratings but there are no clear explanations on what that means. So play knowing you are not going to ever win the game.

I have been playing this game for years and recently started having issues with it not giving me the credits I win. I have contacted the customer support and I am never given the credits I was supposed to win. I have to argue and fight with them to get them and I am tired of it. I will be deleting this app.

I've been playing Bingo Pop for years, and spend a lot of money daily on cherries, I recently haven't won a game for like a month, very frustrating, doesn't make the game fun anymore, especially if I'm putting money into it and still not winning. What gives?
