For the most part it’s a great game, really disappointed in the shadow card part!!! First of all when it finally shows up on one of your cards most of the time you don’t get it & if you do,you already have lots of it! I’ve been waiting forever to get the last shadow card in the tournament game!!!! And when it shows up on the card, you don’t get a bingo to get it. You only get the shadow cards on a bingo you already have!!! I am very happy that you keep it running smoothly & help make it better if it doesn’t work right. You all do a really nice job with all the games you come up with, but you shouldn’t be so tight with your VIP rewards, it really does take forever to get anywhere & I can’t always play it to go anywhere!!.

Game is fun.. but... very annoying when you have one item left to collect in a room and it never comes up to win during bingo game. Puzzle pieces you collect are never for item needed, always goes toward an duplicate or triplicate item you already have completed.

I love playing but I get ripped off a lot when your server goes down. Don’t think that is fair when I lose my coins.
