This is one of my top 3 bingo games to play. Very helpful staff who take care of you. Love it!

Several times the game froze in the middle of a game and my points were not returned. There were times when I leveled up and did not receive my bonus. I’ve tried to find a place to contact them but it says go to the green plus icon at the bottom right of the screen and there isn’t one. Not worth the frustration.

I would give a better review if you made it so those that get bingo last minute can still claim it. I just lost 3 double bingos on different cards because there isn’t enough time for those to claim them

I have played this game for 2 and a half years and it just takes forever to advance. Started playing AngryBirds2 and can’t believe how far I have gotten. Perhaps the difference is skill as opposed to dumb luck. I rarely win at this game and will see others get 4 out of 6 bingos. How? I feel like they are bots. I can have almost every square on my cards filled and still not get a bingo. Too frustrating with too little payout. Response- I do use power ups. I play with multiple cards. Tired of rarely winning and it takes FOREVER to advance a level. No. I am NOT paying money to get very little in return.

This game is a fraud ! I played over 50 rounds at 4 cards per game, and yet I only had 8 bingos total and absolutely none in the top 10. So, I spent money figuring that, it was what needed to be done. to finish higher and get more bingos, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The more I spent the less I won! As a matter of fact, I won even less after spending/wasting my money, plus I didn’t believe it til’ I started tracking it, but I could/would daub almost every number on the card and watch as a bingo was still elusive. Oh yeah, what’s the deal with putting an instant bingo daub on the card with 2 bingos left? What a waste of money and time!!! I would have deleted this app, but I have to at least use up the credits etc I have beforehand, knowing that I will not win anything, it’s always the same people...probably bits set up by Bingo Holiday! Thanks for showing me that even a game of fun can be ruined by your greedy and corrupt system!
