This app has issues and the support team refuses to help

The app keeps freezing in the middle of games, which is bad enough,but then when you report this as a problem, the support staff claims the game finished, so they won't refund the credits. It may have finished, but what's the point if I can't play? Unstable game and bad support is not a good combination. I think I am done.

I really like the game but I have had more than a few times that the game freezes. It takes my credits, but won't let me click on anything. I've been playing the slots games more, but there are times you don't get credit for what you win on a pull. I still play a couple of times a week when I'm sitting around the house, so I haven't been mad enough to delete it. Yet!

Love bingo blitz more credits please. Game is tons of fun and meet nice friends but but but daily bonuses need to be increased. Thank you

My fav game. Only complaint is it glitches sometimes. But I just deal with it cuz it super fun

This Bingo game rips you off constantly. It does not credit your coins, power ups, ect..ect...that you won fair and square. It's happened so many times, that I lost count. At times it does not even credit you the bingo's that you won. On the daily spin, same thing. What ever you won, it does not give the credit. Happens over and over again. You can not tell me that the designers are not aware of this constant problem. I actually believe they built I This into the bingo games in order for you to spend your money on coins, power ups, ect..ect.. Truly a fraud and rip off. Will start playing other bingo games. This one is just way too much of a rip off and con.
