I used to love this game and now not so much. It used to be easy and fun and now if you aren’t willing to spend real money, you might get to play 3 or 4 games and then you’re out of credits. They withhold the last shadow card needed in a collection for days at a time so you can’t win credits by finishing collections because when it finally does come up, you don’t even come close to a bingo on it.

I played for years to catch up to my mom, I have written support five times NO response. How can you play for years then one day your game is gone, all my friends gone and they give me the option to begin again from zero? They take away years ? If they don’t fix it both my mom and I will stop their game forever.

This is getting to be a SERIOUS PROBLEM??In the last month I’ve lost 700 or more bingos??Today I started to play, last night I had over two hundred bingos, just got on tonight I had only 63 bingos I,be lost 900 credit before, I lost some last night too , I contacted support before and was told I would receive some credits back and check my inbox, I’ve yet to receive anything from the first, and now I’ve lost over 200 bingos due to some error on you guys account this is so frustrating??I use to enjoy playing and unless I receive my credits and bingos I may as well find another game site with more stability in replacing what I’ve lost??So if I don’t hear from customer support i’ok just start looking for another site??Because these two losses are not the only ones I’ve lost they were smaller amounts ?SO I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT ??I see also I’m not the only player that’s complaining, so something should be done about THIS SERIOUS ISSUE?? AND I FORGOT TO TELL YOU HOW LONG I’VE BEEN PLAYING IT BEEN AT LEAST 5 YEARS OR MORE, AND I’M TIRED OF THIS?%?

I’ve been playing this game for years, it used to be fun. Now all you can do is lose, bingo got so bad I tried the slots. Takes all your coins so fast and then the ads start. Do t waste your money, bingo blitz is just another Facebook ripoff site designed to make money for the developers.

I missed 2 bingo rounds in daily tournament because game kicked me out also the game doesn't give instant bingos and you can't trade power ups for bingo points and the red gem is too hard to get I have been playing for 7 years and still don't have it you made it too hard to get having to score in top of game. I am tired of guests winning the first bingos thus eliminating regular players from getting their prizes totally unfair I am getting ready to quit playing because of this plus you can’t convert power ups for tokens

Don’t win very often on this app, like the other ones. It takes more money to play and not as enjoyable as other. It is nice to win occasionally .

Kicks you out of games on a regular basis. Steals bingos and credits. Too hard to win. The rating of 4.6 is bogus. Anything good you read about is countered by triple negatives. The booting out is controlled and occurs most often right before a bingo. Game is slanted toward Facebook users and punishes those who do not use Facebook. To win you must spend$$$. I won’t buy credits so I never win.

This is pretty repetitive to the others’ critiques, but I’ll explain a few things I have experienced with the game. I have played for a few years and used to LOVE it! Now, not so much. 1.) Rarely ever win bingos. If you do win bingos in the daily games, you don’t even win bingo chips/credits and only a couple coins if any. What’s the point of getting a bingo when you do you get it every 1 in 50 cards? 2.) The cost of Bingo chips to play a game has significantly increased. I like that you can upgrade to the silver or purple levels to win bigger prizes, but the cost to upgrade is outrageous. By playing the lowest level, you can only play a few games a day with your daily free chips. If you want 4 cards, you can play usually 2 games on the first level per day and 1 game per day if you decide to do the second level. Basically you have to save up for a week to only play a few rounds. And I am on level 83! I play just about every day and have for the last few years and I get 70 chips a day. What a joke. 3.) Good luck completing a collection! You will play for MONTHS to try and win the last shadow card you need. In the meantime, you’ll win 20 of a few other cards you don’t need in that 6 months. You end up giving up on most and just starting the next collection because you’re so frustrated. Same exact thing with the slots. 4.) “Send gifts to friends! It’ll be fun they said.” Wow. Here, send your friend ONE bingo chip. What’s the point?! ONE bingo chip? Really? And my husband gets bingo credits for me playing each week but I don’t get any for him playing. That’s not right. 5.) FROZEN! No, not like the movie. The game frequently freezes, kicks you out, and you lose those chips you spent or a daily round. What a coincidence that it usually happens when you are actually winning and got 2 bingos, stamped a couple treasure chests and coin spots, all that good stuff. Don’t get excited until the game is actually over. And then, sometimes when the game is “performing in normal function”, even if you win stuff, your prizes don’t even register. Sounds fun right? 6.) This one really annoys me: that stupid flashing arrow that says that you have that current number on your other cards, so you should switch screens, then that number isn’t there. So you end up checking it 5 times to make sure and then you get behind because the stupid thing made you think you had a number. Then of course it frequently doesn’t flash when you do have a number on your other cards. You should just ignore it, but it’s hard not to. 7.) Accidental bingos. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve pressed it too early, by accident when my finger slipped or just trying to press the arrow button and it thought I hit the bingo button. It completely cancels out that card. Why can’t it just take some points off? I mean, chances of winning are slim anyway, did you really have to make it dramatic and put a huge red X through it? 8.) Don’t play the little gambling games while you wait for your game to start. You just lose all your credits and coins. I love the slots, but it’s pretty much the same. If you win (rare), you lose it all right away if you decide to play ever again. 9.) The pop-ups!! I can’t afford to play the regular games, why would I want to play any of the 3 pop ups that just took over my screen? I mean, every time I change screens, the pops ups for advertising their rooms and sales are obnoxious. You close them out and they come right back, the same ones too! I wish they could give this app a HUGE renovation. It’s such a fun game to play and it’s very addicting! But you pretty much have to pay to play, and you would have to pay a LOT. These issues have been ongoing, many people have voiced these to support and no changes have come about, which is discouraging. I don’t recommend downloading because you will get hooked and then barely be able to play. PLEASE ADDRESS THESE ISSUES!
