This app really needs an overhaul. You'd think with a successful company like Care.com they'd have a better website and app. My profile pictures constantly load sideways on the website no matter what I do. The app still shows my initial picture even though I've changed it several times. The calendar feature is clunky and hard to view. Try harder!
Frustrating to use

Not an easy interface. Also, app randomly stopped allowing me to post pictures in the classifieds section. I really with the group I'm a part of used a different app!

Am I missing something? I can’t even post a photo? The mobile app is much less than the web version. Gonna delete.

Can’t get any new posts on the app even though I get posts in email. I would like to access what neighbors are posting but never can access. What a frustrating app?

Worthless! When I try to login, it simply says “ok” and doesn’t log me in. No error message, no useful information, and no way to use the app.
Can’t sign on to app or customer set for help

I can log on to desktop website just fine but the app just comes up with an ok screen. I tried to submit a ticket but the customer service page won’t let me sign in!
