No search, no bookmarks

App is only good for reading blogs daily. Anything older than today is slow to load and impossible to search. No good if you want to search for a keyword or topic. Routinely renders "internal server error." No good if you want to bookmark posts to refer back to them or monitor comments. You can bookmark it, but there is no way to view your bookmarks in the app. Functionally useless.

This app is teetering on the edge of basic functionality. Search doesn't work, classifieds section doesn't work, UI is clunky and performance is slow. Definitely needs some tlc.

This app needs a huge makeover soon! We probably need to move the group to another site that has a good and updated App. Like Meetup. I can't believe such a good site had an awful app!

I can't sign in. It says Saigon in I put in my info and it says ok and does nothing. I have deleted it. Wish this had worked. I would have really used it.

Events pages could be improved

My moms' group uses Big Tent. It is frustrating to me that Events don't have the option to RSVP "maybe," only yes/no. Additionally, there is no way to comment on the Event page for questions, discussion, or even, "Hey, we are running late but on the way." The app isn't very intuitive, IMO. I wouldn't use it at all, but my group uses it so I'm stuck.

Zero stars. Can't search

Search is broken. My mothers group has 10's of thousands of members and posts every minute and you can't search in the app. I have to use the unfriendly non-web optimized web to search topics. If I search for something in the app that has 5 results, it works. If I search for something that could have 10+ results - you get "an internal error". Search has to be the most common function of any discussion based app. And this is been going on for months but so frustrating now that I have to rate it ZERO. Please please fix it. Even if you strip down the entire app and remove all color - make search work!

Great in concept but a total failure in execution. Searching does not work and app does not show all membership groups and subgroups. Without these two features the app is useless.

This app could be great but some of the most important functions don't work. Primarily I'm talking about the search function. I use it for a parent forum related to childcare. It always delivers a critical error when you try to access and search the discussion archives. As a result, 90% of the potential value of this app is negated. Super disappointing and it looks like many other people have the same issue. It's been this way for at least 6 months. Bummer.

Can't use with multiple big tent groups

I organize/administer two different big tent groups. I am only to access one of them on the app. I don't have any ability to access my management functions on the app, like adding new members. Also, we have shared files saved in our big tent programs, and there is no ability to access files on the app. I'm glad there is some movement toward setting up this app, and I hope that more functionality will be added soon.

I went to the website and it won't let me through so I downloaded the app and it's terrible! You can't view subgroups and that's the main thing I use. I wouldn't recommend this app.
