Y’all ban people so quick for the littlest things. But the females that’s on here showin they bodies don’t get banned. Crazyyyyy

My wife and I use this app. She is actually a host, but we will no longer be using this app. My wife’s last stream was 4/27/20, when she awoke on 4/28 she was banned...for something they said she did on her live that same day...on 4/28. She never went live on 4/28. Secondly, the ban was said to be issued because she used the work Tik Tok, which she did not, nor did she publicize her Tik tok username or give it out to anyone. Her Tik tok is solely about cats anyways, so I don’t know what it would have even mattered or why she would be advertising it...especially when she didn’t. So here’s the real truth. It’s a scam. I won’t talk about the entire thing here...but I am certain a VIP banned her...because he messaged her while she was sleep...she didn’t respond...she woke up and she was banned...without ever signing on...I will update this with more details later

Bigo’s rules and guidelines are GREAT!! The issue is people are getting banned for things they are not actually doing in camera . It’s very easy to get banned and they don’t have to have proof you done anything , I spend a lot of money on this app with no rewards , and in top of that everyone is scared to go live because you can get banned whether you are doing something bad are not , please do better and actually ban people for the right reasons and not just assuming they are doing something they aren’t AND have proof . And have better rewards for people that spend money VIP is not enough we need bean rebates and more points and more things we can do with our points .

After having the app for a while, Bigo decided to ban my account for absolutely nothing. When trying to dispute the block, they said they would not unblock. I have been banned for 50 years, ridiculous. Next time, block the half naked people begging for money instead of someone who actually enjoyed your app.
