I have been a member a long time. I even have the Big Fish fish. I have loved Big Fish games until about a year ago and now I cannot play my favorite game. I play on my iPad never had a problem and right after I bought credits for the game I can’t get the game to open nada nothing. I have done what they tell me to do and it still won’t open. I have bought a lot of games lots of $$ on all games I play but now very disappointed it’s been about a year or more and I still can’t play

Enjoy games... My only problems are the system acts up with glitches way to often. But I keep a trudging on.

Don’t want to even give them a 1 star!!!!! I purchased 6 games from big fish but when I upgraded my iPad, all of a sudden my games can not be downloaded to my new iPad because of “A” developer upgrade that does not exist!!!! Apple worked to try to help me get them back on my iPad but can’t because of the delveloper...don’t buy games from big fish!!!!

Don’t buy anything from big fish games. For refunds you get a run around and they tell you to call apple. LAME. Look at all the dissatisfied customers with same complaint.

So much time in between updates it gets boring. Can’t get help from support or zen desk. Close to deleting the game.

I purchased one of the Grim Facade games about a year ago but I cannot find it so I can download it again. Pay once, play forever doesn’t seem true. Any help is appreciated.

I don’t have a laptop anymore. I have an iPad I use all the time & I always have pay. I have a lot of credit points, but can’t use them.
