I have been a fishie for 10 years, but lately I noticed if I tried to use my credits on my iPhone I have to pay again in iTunes. I have 69 credits available but cannot use them on my iPhone. No customer support either. Very disappointed in Big Fish games.?

Games won’t work in a year. Don’t waste your money

I have purchased many Big Fish games over the years and spent quite a bit of money doing so. Now I have at least 20 games that I’ve purchased in the past that can’t be downloaded cause Big Fish doesn’t update them. It says the developer needs to update them to work with iOS 11. I have free apps that I have been able to use for years and on the newest iOS and yet their $7 games....well too bad. Very frustrating!! No longer supporting this company.

Love the game, addictive!! However, can’t get straight answers from support. Game states need to update and won’t let us in. Support states, “well hope the update comes soon”. Seriously? Locked out until when???

Don’t waste your money on games

So I’ve purchased 3 games, Weird park: broken toon collection, Theater of the absurd, and Enigmatis: the mists if raven wood. I would these play literally all the time but now I can’t download them on my phone there grayed out. Which I think means y’all deleted the game. This is really upsetting and now I don’t want to Buy anymore because I might be wasting my money on a game you’ll just delete.

I can’t remember the last time BF put out new HO games! They used to put out around 2 brand new original HO games per week. Now, for months, they’ve just updated old games and re-release them as new, but I know which games I have played before! Where is the new content??
