I worked for a year to get and keep top score on the top of Top 10 solitaire. —Yukon. A tech lost my score when transferring to a new computer. I knew my score but the company would not help to put it back. One time the company lost my score due to a problem on their end and I had to start all over. No help. 2 years of my efforts wasted! Don’t buy!

I can’t play the game on my iPad because you haven’t updated to iOS 11. This is the 2nd time I have had a lot of points and lost them. 1st because I switched computers and now because the game isn’t updated. I have spent tons of money with big fish and I think this stinks.

Suddenly “Daily Games” are no longer available. These games were a pleasant diversion. Don’t need the app without the dailies, about which Big Fish said “more daily games coming soon.” So I guess you didn’t really mean it, right?

Big fish has done nothing to update their games so that, after playing the free warm up, you cannot purchase the older, and much better, games. Sad! I used to love playing these. Too bad they don’t want money anymore. What would it take to update the game do it works with the new Apple iOS?

Can't narrow some searches

Can't customize list of owned games. Very often not all "My Games" are listed. Have't decided whether it worth the memory. iPad user.

When I try to make a purchase it tells me that in app purchases are not allowed. Please fix ASAP!!!!

I will no longer purchase BF games unless they upgrade to accommodate my iPad. Another beef is that it seems like every apple upgrade is more like a downgrade. Every time I’ve upgraded i end up losing something. BF, either keep up or lose more customers. Until then I won’t recommend you to anyone.
