I have spent well over $500 in playing your games, but I get no costumer service with problems, might be one game a week to play,AND the biggest problem is trying to charge me for games I already OWN, I have a record of what I have bought threw the years and why are you trying to RECHARGE me!

Big Fish is running a scam so big that I wonder why they’re allowed to continue to operate. They charge around $7 for each game (more if you want to get anywhere with their “free” games) and n e v e r update them. Not for iOS updates, not even for defects. So, if you recently updated your device and want to play a game you paid for, you’re out of luck. If you really like the game, you could pay for it again and play it on a desktop. Nothing shady there. My point is, this company charges for games that they do not make available for use after a couple of rounds of iOS updates. They need to refund or update. Otherwise you’re just donating money to a scam.

I did just enough to NOT want to reset the game! I’m stuck in a courtyard, Hints has disabled, I’m advised “there’s nothing to do here” yet I can’t leave the scene. No other scenes are available so, again, STUCK in limbo.

BIG FISH What happened to all the games with MORPHING OBJECTS??????? That was the ONLY reason I played all of your games!!!! Now there is only like one collectible!!! Booooring!!!! It made me NOT purchase like the last 4 or 5 games!!! Just FYI !! Please bring them back or I will stop purchasing all together!! Also one more complaint is that you have no way to email you for a problem! It always took me to FQA and that had nothing to do with what I wanted so I had to resort to putting it publicly on here.. so here ya go.. Big Fish what is happening to you?? Are you getting too big for your own britches??? Sincerely, NOT HAPPY!!!!! ???

Every time you update the game freezes. Fix that issue because the game is stuck on update.

AWFUL! Had to buy it before playing it - then found out icons way too small to see, tutorials unclear & too brief, no way (that I found) to go back to the beginning to repeat tutorials! Total waste of time & money! Have deleted it!

I am very disappointed with the performance of the app. None of the games listed are available in the US store. It’s completely useless.
